Fylomins are one of the sub-rider species within the Eldrane group known as Hydromancers. With their sleek, streamlined bodies, they glide effortlessly through water currents, encountering minimal resistance. Their bodies are cloaked in a dark cyan hue with a light blue underbelly, giving them both a graceful and imposing presence. Due to widespread domestication by the Hydromancers, Fylomins are no longer found in the wild, instead serving as hunting and battle mounts across the waters. The fin membrane on their heads allows them to detect subtle changes in water direction, helping them locate prey. Their large, wing-like hind flippers enable sharp maneuvering, and they are equipped with an additional fin along their spine at birth, which is typically removed later to accommodate a saddle. Their sharp teeth are capable of biting through bone, while a specialized gel coating over their eyes enhances underwater vision.
