The Fexnox is one of
Astracel’s larger feline
Estalons, renowned for its ability to roam the molten landscapes of
Scorchava without succumbing to the extreme heat. Packs are often seen near rivers of flowing lava, where adults teach their young to hunt magmatic creatures within the molten currents. Their warm-colored underbellies serve a unique function; when resting on molten surfaces, their fur absorbs and retains heat, causing it to glow faintly. Their presence is unmistakable, as each pawstep scorches the ground, leaving behind smoldering imprints long after they have passed. Although primarily carnivorous, they have been observed feeding on fallen fruits from the
Morgan Tree, suggesting a more adaptable diet.
